Bridal Beauty Experience™
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bridal Beauty Experience™ — Preview + Wedding Day, offered by Kendra Bliss Beauty.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
1. Reservation & Availability
Reservations are confirmed upon completed payment and availability verification.
Wedding date availability is confirmed immediately after checkout. In the event that your selected wedding date is unavailable, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative solution or a full refund.
This experience is offered on a limited basis and reservations are accepted in the order they are received.
2. Payment & Billing
Payment is required in full or via an approved split-payment option at the time of booking.
If selecting the 2-payment option, the first payment is charged immediately and the remaining balance is automatically charged 30 days after the initial payment. By selecting this option, you authorize automatic billing for the remaining balance.
Once a reservation is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable, as your date and planning resources are reserved exclusively for you.
If your wedding date cannot be accommodated after checkout, a full refund will be issued.
3. Scope of Services
The Bridal Beauty Experience™ includes services for the bride only, including:
an in-studio bridal preview and beauty planning session
on-site bridal makeup on the wedding day
Additional services (including bridal party makeup, extended on-site time, or additional events) are not included and must be requested and booked separately.
4. Planning Call Requirement
All booked brides are required to complete a Bridal Beauty Planning Call as part of the experience.
This call is used to confirm wedding details, finalize the beauty timeline, and plan the bridal preview and wedding day services. Brides are responsible for scheduling their planning call using the provided calendar after checkout.
5. Location Requirement
This experience is valid for weddings located in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
Weddings outside of this service area are not eligible under this offer and require custom arrangements.
6. Client Communication & Preparation
After checkout, clients will receive email instructions to:
schedule their Bridal Beauty Planning Call
complete a wedding details form
access included preparatory resources
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to ensure a seamless experience.
7. Included Resources
As part of the Bridal Beauty Experience™, clients receive access to the Bride’s Glow Timeline Guide, a curated resource designed to support skin preparation, mindset, and beauty planning leading up to the wedding day.
This resource is included as support and does not replace professional services or consultations.
8. Pricing & Offer Availability
This experience is offered at a flat investment for a limited time and typically requires custom pricing and consultation.
Pricing is subject to change.
The current investment expires December 31, 2025, and increases January 1, 2026.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your reservation and submitting payment, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand that this booking reserves time, planning, and availability exclusively for you.

Kendra Bliss Beauty — Bridal Beauty Experience
Invoice Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment on this invoice, the Client (“Bride” or “Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions for services provided by Kendra Bliss Beauty (“Artist”).
1. Reservation of Date
Wedding dates are not secured until the signed contract and required retainer have been received. Once payment is submitted, the date is reserved exclusively for the Client and removed from availability.
Kendra Bliss Beauty books one wedding per date.
2. Retainer & Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the wedding date.
The remaining balance is due by the date specified in the contract or invoice.
All payments are non-refundable once services are confirmed.
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in release of the wedding date without notice.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made toward bridal beauty services are non-refundable, including retainers, previews, and wedding-day services. This includes cancellations, postponements, or changes initiated by the Client.
4. Rescheduling & Date Changes
If the Client requests to reschedule the wedding date, Kendra Bliss Beauty will make reasonable efforts to accommodate subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply. If the Artist is unavailable for the new date, payments are forfeited.
5. Bridal Preview (if applicable)
Bridal previews are scheduled after booking confirmation and are intended to finalize the wedding-day beauty plan. Previews are not trials and are not refundable.
6. Scope of Services
This invoice covers only the services explicitly listed. Additional services, extended hours, touch-ups, travel, early start times, or additional faces require a separate agreement and payment.
7. Wedding-Day Timing & Delays
The Client agrees to provide a finalized timeline in advance. Delays caused by the Client, bridal party, photographer, venue, or other vendors may result in abbreviated services. Kendra Bliss Beauty is not responsible for delays outside of her control.
8. Artist Substitution
In the rare event of illness or emergency, Kendra Bliss Beauty reserves the right to provide a qualified replacement artist of equal professional caliber.
9. Photography & Media Use
Kendra Bliss Beauty may photograph or record completed makeup looks for portfolio, website, marketing, or educational purposes unless the Client provides written objection prior to the wedding date.
10. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate wedding details
Ensure a clean, well-lit workspace
Communicate skin sensitivities or allergies in advance
Ensure timely access to the getting-ready location
11. Force Majeure
Kendra Bliss Beauty is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of payment on this invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, whether or not the Client has physically signed the contract.
