TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is due by the day of service unless otherwise stated.

Bookings without a deposit are not confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice.

Deposits are non-refundable, but with sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment date within 30 days, based on availability.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or cancelled at the artist’s discretion, and your deposit will be forfeited.

4. On-Location Services

For on-location appointments, please ensure a clean, well-lit space with a table and electrical outlet is available. Travel fees may apply based on mileage outside the DMV area.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise agreed. If you are experiencing contagious skin conditions, illness, or open wounds, the artist reserves the right to refuse service without refund.

6. Photography & Media

By booking, you consent to photos or short video clips being taken during your appointment for portfolio and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the artist before the start of service.

7. Service Guarantee

Makeup services are non-refundable once completed. The artist will ensure the look aligns with your agreed vision and will make reasonable adjustments during the appointment.
